How deliciously perfect is Miss Gisèle Isla? Welcomed to the world on February 8th, I had the great pleasure in photographing her when she was just two days old. The natural light streaming in the window of her hospital room was beautiful and illuminated her precious little face perfectly. I was reminded of a lovely little saying “Such tiny hands to hold our hearts forever” – our family welcomes sweet baby Gisèle into our hearts, and Photography by Design looks forward to capturing many more precious moments in her beautiful life…

…oh and by the way, did i mention she was perfect?

The family portrait of Erin, Andrew and Casey. Ever had that feeling when you meet someone for the first time, and the chit chat is so easy it’s like you’ve known it each other for ever? That’s how I felt meeting Erin prior to her shoot with the special men in her life – husband Andrew and son Casey. We spent an hour just hangin’ out in the back yard at their place – a location they all felt comfortable and relaxed in – and look what we came up with. Casey is a great guy, 10 years old – loves drums, music productions and is an avid baseball fan (a topic very close to my heart!) and simply by “shootin’ the breeze” with him and his parents i have truly captured this family’s easy going nature. Erin, Andrew and Casey thanks for an awesome shoot!
